Stay at the Ranch

This poolside casita was designed by Mexican artisans of saltillo tile. The organic mix of clay and sand is a time honored technique and is featured throughout the colonial pattern. Trophies displayed from three continents give this casita a safari lodge-like feel.

This poolside casita was designed with flexibility in mind. For a couple needing to unwind, a king sized bed is flanked by two chandeliers and large bedside tables making the space intimate and cozy. If space is needed for families or close friends, the playfulness of the lofts and efficiency of the trundle bed makes Casita Azul the perfect friends/family “sleep over” space.

This space was initially built for Leslee’s collection of saddles, but the architectural inspiration came from life-size wooden sculptures titled “The Four Phases of a Woman.” These imaginative carvings were curated by Sandy during a safari to Rodesia, now Zimbabwe. This space sleeps 3 and has its own bathroom, washer/dryer and efficiency kitchen.

The Lodge is an intimate two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat that perfectly blends rustic elegance with modern comfort. Each bedroom opens onto its own private porch, offering a peaceful sanctuary for morning coffee, evening moongazing, or simply soaking in the sweeping beauty of the surrounding landscape.
